This makes for better road holding and greater driving pleasure. An aluminum rim consists of several different metals mixed to provide the correct properties. The rim must be well ventilated and have good heat dissipation properties, suitable for all cars. - Volvo aluminum wheels are painted with 3 layers and a clear varnish as the outer layer. All wheels also have a chromed base to increase protection against corrosion. - Volvo aluminum wheels are centered on the hub with extremely small tolerances. In combination with small lateral run-out and roundness tolerances, this ensures good wheel balance. Wheels are sold separately.
